Le médiateur national de l'énergie propose un site d'information neutre et indépendant, accessible à tous, pour tout savoir sur votre offre d'énergie et la comparer aux offres actuelles. On peut également y retrouver une série de fiches pratiques et de vidéos de conseils pour, par exemple, vérifier si la puissance souscrite est adaptée, comprendre comment est formée la facture d'énergie ou encore comment régler un litige avec son fournisseur.
